My head cracked opened

A strong pain deep within,
An endless battle I'll never win.
Always losing someone I love,
The pain surrounds me like a tight fitting glove.
Escape it I can;t ever seem to do,
Make it better?...not not even that too.
It wears me down to nothing but tears,
Having it become all of me, my biggest fear.
As bad as this is I don;t regret it,
Pain is what makes me stronger, it makes me Margaret.
